Our story

From a loft rental to location-anchored AI avatars.

Visionbrew was born when creators needed a way to be present in more places at once. We build AI avatars that can represent creators at physical locations while keeping the conversation going in chat.

How it started

In 2020, Dominic Smith and Virgel Caval began exploring AR and 3D avatar technology. Around the same time, Dominic started renting his loft by the hour for film productions and events. He couldn’t always be there in person, and guests still needed help getting set up - Wi-Fi, speakers, lighting, and more.

That sparked the idea for Visionbrew: 3D AI avatars that could represent him when he couldn’t physically be present, onboarding visitors and guiding them through the space.
